Where to put Access-Control-Allow-Origin?

To get to the desired json object on someone else's site, I need to enter the Access-Control-Allow-Origin command somewhere: "*"
Did I choose the right path: Advanced - Configuration - Apache ..? Next, 4 files are opened: servera.conf, servern.conf, vhostn.conf, vhosta.conf .. In which one should I enter this? Or in everything? And how to enter? Where exactly? Write in detail, please, and it would be even better to see the screen with all the quotes, bars, etc.

This is necessary for someone else's site to register. Do you seriously think that you can set up a server to bypass the security of a resource that is not under your control?
