Where to move (python)?

I have been learning python for almost 1.5 months. I know the basics. But I can't solve problems. Even the easiest tasks by the standards of sites are difficult for me. I do not know what to do. There is a book "Fluent Python" in Russian. But there is a lot of incomprehensible even after reading. It would seem that I know the basics, but in practice the head does not work. What should I do in this situation?

1.5 months is very short.
Apparently you set to python, having no idea at all about how the Internet and sites work in principle.
Read a bit about HTML/HTTP/basic understanding of networks, what is web API.
Or solve problems not for the web, but for simple console applications.
Knowing a pure programming language is nothing without understanding how the system works.
