Where to move on (learned layout)?

At the moment I am 16 years old, in 3 months I will be 17.
I decided that I would be a programmer, I have not yet decided on a front-end or back-end developer.
But for the sake of interest, I decided to learn html & CSS layout.
Also, earlier I got acquainted with python, learned the basics in the near future I think to continue (but this is not accurate)
Now I have been practicing the creation of an adaptive site for
1.5 months I have been learning layout.
In general, let's summarize.
1. In what area to move front-end or back-end?
2. I plan to study javascript from the book, Expressive Javascript, already mastered 70 pages there, then finish learning python, is it a normal plan? Recommend another if this one seems bad.
3. Higher education. I can go to study in a year, but is it necessary?
Please answer only experienced developers, not juns who have seen enough of howdy ho. Thank you.

In both. You will start specializing when you get out of the Junes.

Quite.
Higher education. I can go to study in a year, but is it necessary?

You know better. It is possible to become a programmer without a tower, but the presence of a crust opens up an additional percentage of the market and gives connections that cannot be made anywhere else.

You must understand for yourself which is closer, front or back. I know guys who were at the layout, but went to the backend, but I didn’t see the backend switch to layout))
Python is in demand, if I had time, I would go into python.
