Where to look for motivation to learn something new or write code?

Hello. There is not a big problem: sometimes there is not enough motivation to finish something or start learning something new, and the problem is not that I do not like writing scripts - no, just not enough motivation. And when I still open sublime, I write without observing the time, ideas constantly float into the brain, but something supernatural pushes me away from the editor, and sometimes it drags on for up to a crescent. I constantly justify myself with training, study and tutoring!
None of my friends are interested in programming, maybe this is the problem ?? What to do?
Maybe there is a way out of the situation??

There is the same problem. Sometimes too lazy to open the editor to do something. But I notice for myself that when I open it, it's hard to stop.
I came up with several solutions for myself:
- open the editor forcibly and just start doing something, without thinking how lazy I am;
- run your own project or blog that you want or don't want, but you need to somehow develop it;
- rest and relax, i.e., for example, the weekend does not completely do anything related to code and work - stupidly walk and hang out for your own pleasure, and the desire to code will cover you on the third day :-)

From experience - boredom as a motivation:
In order to arouse interest in the new, you need to do nothing at all according to your profile for some time. The ideal time is a vacation, or a time-out in the form of leaving work.
After a few days / weeks, boredom appears first, and then the energy of a rested organism. In this state, many things can be interesting that would not have even occurred to you before.
This is the best time to expand your knowledge map.
