There was an idea to develop and train a neural network that would be able to recognize the facade of a building in a photograph and perform a series of manipulations, such as transferring one building facade to another, or replacing any element of this very facade. The resulting network would like to be turned into a web service or a desktop program.
How can this be developed, who can be contacted and with whom it is possible to discuss such a project? Or where can I find experts in this field?
