Where to look for a cryptographer for a web product related to cryptocurrencies?

Our project requires a cryptographer to partially develop the server side of a social web application on Bitcoin. Everything is much more complicated than just making a form of payment ... In general, after three months of searching, we could not find such a thing, please tell me at least in which direction to look?

Perhaps you are not quite correct in formulating a query to search for an artist?
Why do you need a cryptographer?
The bitcoin wallet has an open protocol for communicating with it. You only need to correctly formulate the task and I assume that almost any programmer will cope with it.
