Where is the best place to learn Android on YouTube or on Metanit ? Tell me please.

You can start with YouTube (just repeat the simplest applications) and then move on to books, but on my own I would advise Udemy there are a huge number of Russian-language, good courses for beginners.
Metaint is good to use as a hint.
