Where to keep cron jobs when deploying?

Deployment takes place via ssh, cron tasks are added manually. But where is the best place to store a text file with a list of tasks? Framework Yii1

What does it mean? If you are using, so to speak, "the old fashioned way" SFTP, then we can suggest you try Phing. Keep a list of tasks in the project root or in a separate category and write in the task so that it can be thrown where necessary via sftp (eg /etc/cron.d/). Also, phing will help automate the deployment, clear the cache, etc., etc. It's just that everything you do with your hands - prescribe in tasks and enjoy the 1st button.
But all this, you see, is not stylish, not fashionable, and indeed there are many better deployment solutions, but what are the conditions, this is the answer.
