Where to host a Go application?

I have never asked myself hosting questions before, but then I decided to make a little knee-jerk craft on Go. There are many names on hearing: AWS, Google App Engine, DigitalOcean, Heroku. I want to be able to use arbitrary packages and have access to a database like MySQL (it doesn't matter which one).

Of the free ones
- if you are ready to work with proprietary Google App Engine technologies
- if you are a follower of the classics: SSH access, standard databases, the ability to open ports and the ability to move to a VPS if necessary without restructuring the entire economy, then for example, I chose RedHat OpenShift for myself
