Where to go to study (master's degree)?

I must say right away that my bachelor's degree is not at all specialized in IT topics, so the whole burden of entrance exams is on my thin shoulders =)
I heard that there are universities abroad / Russia, where it is easy to enter, but difficult to study. The difficulty of studying does not frighten at all, but the ease of admission is a huge plus.
And maybe, of course, I roll my lip that does not know the measure, but it would be nice to enter the budget.
Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.
PS Interested in specific places in the Russian Federation / abroad (preferably in English).

And why do you need a master's degree, take for example the second higher education in Baumanka. There is also in English. language.
