Where to go to study?

Hello!
Some time ago, I began to think about getting a second higher education, and this time a technical one. Ideally, I would like to learn something that is closest to the subject of ERP. I can study only at the correspondence or evening department, which greatly narrows the available directions. Initially, I wanted to enter 230102 (automated information processing and control systems), but at present this direction is only available at the full-time department. Now I am considering the direction 230400 (information systems and technologies, bachelor's degree) at the evening department of SPbSPU.
Tell me, please, is it worth it to enter this direction, taking into account the specialization that interests me, or advise something else. Thank you.

Of course, it is necessary and good to study, but it seems to me that until IT becomes a job, any study will only be a waste of time. Without the application of knowledge in practice, everything is learned very poorly.
From personal experience, only after IT I went in finance - 3 years and threw out 300 mp.

At St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" there is a "management in technical systems" at the open faculty. You can go there.
