I decided to take a course on neural networks and really liked this topic. I would like to somehow connect my professional activity with this area of ​​application of programming. The question is: where to try if you have basic knowledge and a desire to learn?

There is no profession "Developer of Neural Networks" (unless you are an expert and just come halfway around the world and do what you need). They are used in medicine, biology, search, data analysis, sound processing, when you need to "think and guess" and so on. They can be used in social networks and in displaying advertising on the Internet.
There are no junior vacancies, because science. You can also take courses for yourself.
