As already written - DS is primarily mathematics, especially statistics and analysis. Get on some mat. faculty. Programming, on the other hand, must be in the norms of universities and on the mat. faculties.
Of course, I understand that you read a lot of advertisements there, they poured into your ears about transcendental prospects. But first, evaluate the opportunities in your area. Do you plan to go to Moscow or Europe? If not, then I would think about something else if I were you.

Judging by the reviews, programming is normal anywhere in the country and others like it are not taught. especially data science. so only, as grandfather Lenin bequeathed: study, study and study! take some good university for a diploma, and then yourself.

Enter the HSE for applied mathematics, my son studies there, they teach well and efficiently and very hard, 30 percent dropped out in 4 years, they could not stand it. Passing score for the Unified State Examination on the budget 298 points, paid education 350 -400 per year

If you suddenly decide to consider foreign universities for admission, then these universities have a Data Science specialty.
USA: Colorado State University, University of Vermont, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth
Canada: Simon Fraser University
Netherlands: Radbound University, University of Amsterdam
UK: University of Derby, University of Portsmouth
Ireland: University College Cork
Upon admission, the results of the USE are not taken into account, but they only look at the grades in the certificate, the result of the IELTS exam, and a motivation letter. Also, the fact that you have been programming since the age of 14 can positively influence the decision of the selection committee, especially if you confirm this with some completed projects, participation in thematic events, and received awards. Good luck!
