Where to get VO in design?

Hey! I am a final year student of the specialty design (interior, but I tend to graphic and web more because I earn a little on this).
I'm thinking of going to higher education. Where is the best place to go in Russia? BHSAD is great, but I can't financially support Moscow... Maybe there are good places abroad? I don't know English well, but of course you can learn it.
I live in Kazakhstan.
And in general, is the game worth the candle? Or is a diploma about cf. special and better courses? I can also draw tolerably (probably), as an option to learn as an interface artist (or in that game element, but not a concept)
