In order not to pore over it yourself and not spend money on paying copywriters with the skills of detectives, it is necessary that the enthusiasm of others is not naked. What is the point when you are of no use, but it turns out that with your chatter you do not so much enrich yourself with knowledge as you work hard for some uncle? Cooperation should always be mutually beneficial.
A good option for a quick start is to create a platform for communication for some not very big city. At first, questions of a local scale about the urgent, where to buy a stepladder or castrate a cat will prevail, gradually the range of topics will expand. Then you can scale by region. True, the rigid "question-answer" format in this case will interfere, if not diluted with an addition-forum for the entire "non-format".
