Where to get testing experience (remote)?

I want to start my career as a tester. With English, I generally have zero, I don’t know the theory of testing (if there is something like that there). Tell me the project (probably open source) so that I can gain experience and skills, and the project - benefit in the form of my work. I am ready to work for free or for a penny at first. The ultimate goal is a freelance tester or remote work (I live in a city where there are no IT companies).
Direction of testing - I assume that this is site testing.

Why do you want a career as a tester? and even remotely and from scratch .. On the merits of the issue:
- download English, it will help in life (not only professional). Use at least lingualeo for this.
- do not advertise the readiness to work for free or for a penny at first , otherwise you will always work for free or for a penny always .
- What is a city without IT? Even if there are no companies, then there are IT people, perhaps already united in communities. Look for contacts with them. If there are none, it doesn't matter either - create your own "community of city testers without IT" and they will contact you.

Read books on testing first to learn the theory. Then try to find a job on freelance exchanges. So write that you will work not for money, but for experience.

I can offer open source , you will get experience of working in a normal team, planning tasks and testing, analyzing requirements, and so on. But there is a theory, and you will have to read it first :)
