Where to get experience for PHP?

Hello! Such a question, where to get experience for development in real projects (Not for monetary rewards, but for teamwork experience)? I know OOP, how to implement MVC, I can write my own small CMS. I like the programming language, I started learning from scratch, I mastered PHP in 4 months (excluding the study of HTML, CSS, JS).
I wrote for myself on my own MVC several stores, a news blog.

You take one of the popular frameworks, Yii, Larabel, Symfony, and rewrite all your stores and blogs on them.
You get experience.
Then you stomp on hhru, look for a vacancy for junior or intern where they work on one of the frameworks and get more experience
