Where to get an IEEE CSDA certificate in Moscow?

Is it possible to pass the exam for the CSDA certificate in Moscow? If there is, where?
Google did not help, everything is somehow confused on the official IEEE website.
Maybe someone rented or was interested?

I would try to contact the Russian branch of IEEE CS: http://www.ieee.ru/
Please write here what you got. I'm thinking about CSDA too.

I wrote to Pearson support.
They answered me that in any center that this page will show: www9.pearsonvue.com/programs/
So there are plenty of such places in Moscow.
