Where to get altcoin rates?

I get the rate for the current time with bittrex, but there is no way to get the rate for a specific date-time with an accuracy of a second. Just for now, this minute.
And I need to find out what the rate was yesterday afternoon at 12 o'clock and at the beginning of the month on the 1st day at 13:00.
I'm looking for it and can't find it. Tell me who knows!
