Where to get a job as a junior analyst?
Good afternoon!
I really want to change my profession from financial to analytical, but after researching, questions arose:
1) Many successful IT people write that the surest way to become a junior and grow in an organization, preferably a large one. Omitting the issue of the difficulty of accepting a junior of non-graduate courses in a technology course and a shortage of vacancies, how do you even recognize such organizations? Watch in My Circle?
2) What skills are enough for employment? Certificate printouts from Coursers/Yandex courses? Or is it better to retrain at a university/college?
The questions will seem strange, but all the “neithers” I interviewed entered the industry through a sponsored acquaintance / friend.
Thanks in advance for your replies!
PS I'm removing the question, the thread was chosen as a platform for an exercise in pouring out bile.
Well, it happens.
