Where to find website ranking experts?

Hello, tell me, is it possible to find somewhere on the Internet a resource that has free access to human expert assessments for ranking sites in search results for any query. I want to compare several ranking algorithms with the opinion of a person.

Haven't come across this. But you can parse the issuance of PS for certain requests. Or find some indirect site ratings. In particular, the number of links to the site (Page Rank, TCI) is an indirect assessment by people.

Thank you. So I need to compare the effectiveness of the same pagerank and my algorithm, which one will be closer to the human rating. I read that the mahalo.com search engine ranking was done manually.

Do you want to find test data sets to evaluate search engine search quality? Those. Roughly speaking, one test is a bunch of "raw content html+css+js+images+something else let's say 500 pages" + "input search query" => "perfect SERP 10 results" (ideal means sorting by relevance). For example, Google and Yandex have such sets, and the sets are constantly being improved and have versions v1.0, v1.1, v1.2, etc. and maybe even branches. Sometimes the new version of the set evaluates the quality of the search worse than the previous one, for which the authors of the set probably get a head start from the management above the department (sorry for being rude, it's just such a day today :) ), but usually each version estimates the quality better than the previous one, and also evaluates new features added to the search, for example,
As far as I know, Google and Yandex hire specialists to create these sets, and such specialists are called assessors:
https://yandex.ru/jobs/vacancies/assessors/asessor/
Together with scientists in linguistics, morphology, full-text search, relevance ranking, applied mathematicians they create such sets for the needs of the organization.
I have not heard about the possibility of obtaining such test kits without hiring all the above specialists. (Although there is an idea how to create one good test (or maybe even a set of tests) cheaply, I can’t share it.)

If your site depth starts from three levels of nesting, then you definitely need it. If there are less of them, then most likely there are none, unless, of course, your design provides for other ways to identify your location.
But, if you make breadcrumbs, then you should make them on all similar pages so as not to violate the principle of uniformity.
Also, duplication is not a disadvantage because different users have different habits. Someone is used to using bread crumbs first of all, and someone is a menu. These options simply complement each other and are not interchangeable. So why deprive users of the choice of a more convenient way of navigation for them?

Only for large information portals, all the rest can do without.

In stores, it helps to understand where you are, move to a higher level. I use crumbs all the time. If I switched to a product through a search engine or an advertising banner and I want to see what else is in the store on this topic.
