ITVDN courses from Alexander Shevchuk are very good, he chews as much as possible - for beginners this is especially cool. I especially liked how he explained OOP, after many years I understand that it was good. I watched these courses a few years ago, they are probably updated and supplemented. Regarding their payment, it’s up to you, of course, but at one time when I was a poor student, I unfairly downloaded these courses from torrents, since they were there.

I also decided so)) I studied for about a year, or a little more, and then I thought about the correct choice ... C # is a cool, strong language, but a strong connection to Windows and Microsoft, as for me, spoils it. Xamarin, Mono and others do not inspire confidence in me (long live native programming!). And now xs where to go: Java or return to the good old PHP)) Or maybe you can score and stay on Sharpe, although there is more work in Java ...
On the topic: I studied at GeekBrains courses. But their prices are... FAT. Therefore, we shout cheers for piracy and go to the nearest torrent tracker. They seem to teach well. They also taught PHP (also spiral).
