There is an idea for a good and necessary mobile application, an approximate business plan, an understanding of the target audience, and visits to potential users. There are programmers who are ready to quickly and efficiently make the first version.
But there is no investment. The approximate budget of the project is 350,000 rubles (the implementation of the idea is supposed to be as simple as possible, for a quick start).
There are many offers from alleged investors on Avito, but there is a common belief that there are complete scammers, and even those few people who enter into correspondence can hardly be called adequate.
