Where to enter after the 9th grade as a mobile developer?

Soon I'm moving to the 9th grade and I have a question - where to go after the 9th grade ... I decided to take computer science and social studies, for some reason I can't go to the 10th grade.
I'm drawn to mobile app development this year I started making a not very complex app and almost finished it. Its functionality is extremely small, in short, we can say that several buttons and different lists by clicking on their elements open the corresponding text file (this is me to the fact that I have little experience). I am sure that it will be downloaded at least 100k times (don't ask why, but I know it 100%). Also, a little earlier I was interested in game development and even created simple ones on Game Maker and Corona SDK. I saw a lot that they are hired with experience, and not after some kind of training.
And I don’t know at all where they will take me to which university / technical school .. I don’t know, maybe someone knows which ones there are, where it’s better to go or it’s better to study on your own and gain experience in development ...

If you have already written an application that will be downloaded 100,000 times, then there is no point in wasting time on education.
A diploma is important for civil service and for obtaining a work visa.
Only.
Go to work, choose a more serious office as much as possible. Where the developers are more qualified than you.

Well, if such confidence, why would you go somewhere? open your startup.

as long as it makes sense

Game Maker is definitely not interesting to anyone, and 9th graders who know how to make "several buttons" are also not very special, especially if they are sure that what they have done is necessary for someone.
My advice is to go into 10th grade and keep getting deeper into what you're doing. You have hooked on the topic from the top, without even plunging into the topic by 1-2%, but you already consider yourself a successful developer. You get 100k downloads, then talk about it.
