Where to download MSBuild 15.0?

Good afternoon, I'm setting up CI / CD in Gitlab, for this I deployed a virtual machine with Gitlab Runner. Projects will mainly be built in C# and then deployed to IIS via WebDeploy.
And then I got a little confused, it seems like MSBuild 14.0 is taken from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.a...
And where to download MSBuild 15.0? Those. You only need a builder without Visual Studio.
And if you install MSBuild 15.0, MSBuild 14.0 without is also required to be installed (I ask just in case, because I'm just getting acquainted with all this yet)
