Where to download cross platform speech synthesis for pyttsx3 python?

Hello, I am creating a gas bot in python. Whatever he says I use the pyttsx3p module . It can take votes from windows (I use windows).

Can I download the speech synthesis as a separate file and point it to pyttsx3?

If so, how?
