I am in the Chelyabinsk region, there are a lot of used cartridges (originals one run), the question is where to sell them, give them away and what can be done with them.
Maybe just throw it away?

It all depends on what kind of cartridge. I myself sold used junk in MSC if you bring it yourself, 10 rubles each (HP 1100, etc.) for new HP models they don’t give much either. on them, if you still need to refill the chip, which separately from the same offices costs from 50 r and more.
