In the organization from time to time there is a need to monitor electronic media. Usually these media are of local importance (something like Vestnik Ust-Podkluisk).
Of course, there are specialized offices that are happy to provide such services. They compete with each other and therefore the prices are sometimes very low.
The result is provided in a form that resembles a regular aggregator selection (in fact, they are).
But the result is not very comfortable.
My question is - what do you need to do it yourself?

Those who do normal monitoring, strive to outdo Palantir in a single country, take completely different money for their work.
Not cheap.
I would look at them first. It will be much more expensive to implement it yourself.
For pumping technical skills, it only makes sense to do it yourself.

In a similar situation, I take the RSS feeds of agencies and do a simple frequency analysis on them.
