Where to develop a 2D game that can be ported to other platforms?

I have an idea for a game in a fantasy setting. The first and main platform is android. Further, depending on the success (which, ideally, the execution of the idea should be good), I would like to port the game to IOS and, possibly, to PC (although the latter is not necessary).
Now the whole process is only at the very beginning of the journey, since it is necessary to write a lot of text and create menu elements (in illustrator). I don't know any languages further than the very base for console applications.
Initially I thought to write a game in JS, plus HTML and CSS. However, I could not understand how to do it all (if there is a desire, please enlighten me). Now I’m thinking about developing on Android Studio, but as I understand it, it’s impossible to port such a game to IOS with a minimum of problems, right? It turns out that there is only one option left, this is Unity, but somehow it doesn’t sympathize with me, for some reason there is absolutely no desire to make a game on it.
What can you suggest? Where is it better to develop a 2D text game, or even a quest (with animations only for the interface), so that it would be "easy" to port it from android to ios?
Yes, I don't know anything about this at all. The game itself is just right for me, the problem is just in the port on IOS.

I'm sorry, it's just that the word "Studio" confuses me. The language is naturally Java, but the frameworks haven’t touched it yet, if they exist at all for java (I repeat, I haven’t studied something so deeply yet)

A lot of non-printable mat. Android Studio is not a language or even a technology! You write applications in some languages, using some frameworks. In what editor you do it - do not care at all.
The answer to your question, if you want cross-platform: Unity, Defold (language - lua), JS (or I won’t tell you), Xamarin, Marmalade, some kind of wrappers over sites (you need to google), Corona, Unreal Engine (from a cannon to sparrows).
As an alternative - c++ and wrappers for specific platforms.

Why suddenly only Unity. There is, for example, also Game Maker Studio. Cross-platform shouldn't be a problem. Under 2D what you need.
