The IP address from which the traffic is coming from was caught, they called the data center and it was confirmed that this IP is the main resource of the suspects. We ping to their site - we get the IP address from which they directly attack.
What has already been done: they called the data center, wrote to the contact mail. So far, no results. Comrades with experience in this matter, tell us where to apply for sanctions in relation to the offending resource?
