It was necessary to change the frequency of checking mail in CRM, mail is connected through a tracker, and is associated with CRM elements, mail drops into leads, etc. I can’t find where to look at what period mail is checked, I found information that mail is checked every 10 minutes in the cloud Bitrix, I suppose it’s the same on the box. But I can’t find how to change it, let’s say from 10 to 3 minutes. Maybe in some kind of php file.
