Where to change the default #shipping anchor in checkout url in Magento2?

here is a question. There was a need to leave the header and navigation when going to the checkout page, both the header and the navigation in the sticky template. The problem is that after the "proceed to checkout" button is pressed, the page opens, pulling up under the "#shipping" anchor, i.e. it scrolls up to the list element, <li id="shipping"...>and since, as I said, the navigation and the header are sticky, the top of the form I thought that the simplest solution would be to find where the reference to the #shipping anchor goes and remove it.I went through all the files by searching for the entry "#shipping" - it does not find anything.Where can I change this?
