Where to authorize the key?

Hello! created an account on the google cloud platform, enabled api maps, geocoding and geolocation... when inserting a key on a map, it gives the following error: This API project is not allowed to use this API. Please make sure this API is enabled in the Google Developers Console... how can I fix this issue?

On this page , at the top there is a button "Enable APIs and Services". There they are enabled/disabled. You need access to the Maps JavaScript API
