Where to apply for a Crimean programmer?
Hello. The question looks a bit silly, because There are already similar questions on the site, but still I'll take a chance.
At the moment I am studying at a technical school (junior specialist), there is still a year to unlearn. Specialty: "Computer systems and complexes". I already have a high school diploma. Before the events with the Crimea, I planned to enter the Kharkiv KhNURE for Software Engineering (after the technical school, an accelerated program - they would have taken immediately to the 3rd year). But now everything has changed and in a year I will definitely get a Russian diploma. In this regard, the question is: where to go (the goal is a master's degree). Zaochka is welcome (because I realized that there is nothing special to do on the point), but if there are options with a point, then the budget (I don’t know how we will be with the Unified State Examination this year). Perhaps someone knows where you can enter in a related specialty immediately for the 3rd year (Peter would be very cool). Tried to rummage through the websites of universities, but really did not find anything.

A programmer does not need a Russian master.
At least for work, and if for the soul, then what's the difference where.
There is a lot of information, including on Habré. There are five six top universities. There are good departments in large regional centers. Choose according to your wallet and your abilities.
If Peter, what do you dislike about St. Petersburg State University? You can directly ask them what to do and how you can do it. That is, write them by e-mail, at least. Even if nothing is written on their website, it is worth contacting them - the websites of universities are usually so-so filled with information. Although about admission to the third year right away - this is unlikely, I’ll say right away. There is quite a lot to do on a point in the bachelor's degree, and the student party is still not khukhra.
