Where should a programmer go to grade 10 or college?

Hello. The question arose: 'Where do I go?'. Now I was thinking about the possibility of going to college in my country while studying programming, English and mathematics (for the American SAT test). I have been studying the field of programming for 2 years, but not intensively. I know basic C++(I need to renew my knowledge), Python(In the process of learning, I consider it as the main language), HTML/CSS(I don't know all tags and attributes). Here is my knowledge base. After college, I want to continue my studies abroad, and if there are problems, I will enter the university for the 2nd year (my college is at the university) or for 1 in another university (not related to my college). My school is very prestigious. I study very well. There are no learning difficulties. English B1-B2. I do not want to spend 2 years on things that will not be related to my profession and interests (For example, I am ready to study algebra all my life).

If you don't want to waste time on things that are not related to your profession and interests, then just finish school and go to work.

College 3 years in the specialty. School 2 years in general subjects.
After college VI to each university (you can take the exam, but there will still be final exams, at school instead of them the exam). After school USE in 3 subjects for all universities.
The college will have a lot of all sorts of garbage in the specialties (there is on the topic, but programming at the Pascal level). At school, you can send three-letter subjects (absenteeism, 3-4 grades per trimester, etc.) and study programming more or less calmly. The certificate does not affect admission (only if it gives all 5, 5-10 points), but the exam is very even. Therefore, from the 10th grade, start devoting time to the exam, or delve into the olympiads (they give the right to BVI). In the summer, in general, take everything (a lot of time to prepare for 100 points in each subject), then throughout the year, every week, options for repetition and in April-May, a complete repetition.
The university will teach you. If you don’t want to go to university, as Sergey Gornostaev already said , leave after 9 in programming

Decide youself.
A prestigious strong school and a good college (but not a renamed bird) at the university are likely to give a similar quality of education. College - usually a little more autonomy and less control from teachers and parents.
College or tough bird is the right choice if you have chosen a working / applied engineering specialty with an employment option.
And the question is: what about algebra in itself?
There are specialized metallurgical, chemical, etc. colleges ... that's where it is clear why there are more hours for mathematics, chemistry or physics.

if there is an opportunity to go to work, while the young one can ask for it anywhere)
if the institute is powerful, then you can go to it, but again you will lose time, it’s faster to learn the necessary things
yourself, I myself unlearned at the automated control system back in 2012 graduated, and some of my classmates went to institute, quite good (polytechnic in Nizhny Novgorod) for the same specialty, and so the people who graduated with honors from our college said that there was nothing new there (and there and there a point), and even vice versa, in college they gave more extensive information, at the institute, he was automatically given a test, for example, in the same discrete mathematics, because in college it was passed more than theirs)
in 5 years you can become a specialist or nobody, but with a diploma) if there is a goal, become who you want and do not waste time.
and if you want to be in a top company, then think for yourself, they need people with no experience but with a crust or people without a crust but with 5 years of experience?))
Personally, only sql and the basics of programming came in handy for me from college (cycles, arrays, conditional statements, etc. ) what you can understand for yourself in a month (the same algorithms you can take courses yourself, they will be even better)
the only + is that you can meet interesting people and like-minded people there
Another example: while I was killing time in the army, and my classmates were studying at the tower, my friend worked first for free, then for 5 thousand a month, etc., etc., by the time my friends graduated from high school, my friend was already a freelancer, with earnings of 100 + (during that time he managed to quit, open his company, close it and go freelancing) (and by the way, he also entered the same university but left it after a couple of months, since a standard program began there ... chemistry ... biology ...))))

In college, you will become completely stupid, they don’t teach anything there, finish school, and then move to Moscow and get a job as an intern somewhere, you’ll mow down from the army for one thing, they simply won’t find you.

After the 10th grade, I went to study at a company and calmly completed my education at a correspondence course, but alas, this is no longer the case. Now I work and everything is fine.
