Where should a beginner programmer go?

Hello everyone, I'm a second-year student at the Odessa Polytechnic University and I'm unemployed...
I chose java as my main language, I know java core, sql, oop/ood, servlets. I also have programming experience in c / c ++ and a couple of sites to order did. But I can’t get a job in any way, not because I don’t pass interviews, but because there are simply no vacancies and companies say that they don’t have recruitment for internship programs right now, so I think I can try freelancing. So that’s the question : are there any orders for java developers (web) or can go deep into android only, as there seems to be enough orders for it on the odes, or continue to study spring, hibernate, etc. and try to get into the office?

Good afternoon.
- If you made websites, then as an option, you can make templates or plugins and place them on themeforest.net or https://creativemarket.com/
- In parallel, look for orders on https://www.odesk.com/
- Program something for yourself and demonstrating your capabilities and putting it in open source, this is at least a plus for a resume and a customer can find you through contacts.
- Start a professional blog (preferably in English) and write about your victories and new knowledge, and through it a customer or company can find you and offer you a job.
- Create a portfolio site and use it as an advertising platform to attract customers.

Java and go freelancing! Then odesk .. first there will be a penny, you will fill your hand. Do the work for not expensive at the start but not for a penny + always collect feedback from people. Always talk to the client no matter what happens, even if there are troubles.

Only freelancing, also work can be found on IT forums. The main desire)
And you can find a task of different subjects, look for something that is closer to you.
