I hit the ceiling in web design. I came to "smart design", where you need to calculate the logic, the user's path, entry points.
Only here in the CIS market is not yet dense with these.
Tell me some courses, videos, master classes.

Learn for yourself, there are courses on coursera - “Human Computer Interaction”, there is a hub on interfaces / web design on Habré, there are cases on vc.ru, there are books by Jeff Russkin, Alan Cooper and many others. There is an analytical campaign by Nielsen Norman Group and so on.

Here is a good resource to watch UX videos, but not enough to learn. You need to learn on real projects and preferably with a mentor. Looking for a job :)

Online UX Course from Netology . I don’t know how efficient it is, I didn’t take this or other paid courses with them.
