Where is the symfony community?

Yii has a forum, laravel does too. I can't find anything in Symphony.
Other than this politicized one: forum.sfhub.org
Where does the symphony community hang out?

There is no Russian-speaking community as such.
There is Skype chat, dead a little more than completely.
Attempts to organize the community locally have failed.
