Where is the .ssh folder of the root user?

For all users there is .ssh in the home folders
But for the root user, there is no .ssh in his /root home folder
Where is it ??? Where do you put the keys?
i need authorized_keys file

create it yourself or for the first time from under the root make a connection somewhere
