Where is the settings file of the Bitrix news.line component stored?

On https://usadba.guru/ on the bottom right there is a regular news feed with announcements, where the latest materials from many info blocks are displayed. It is made on the news.line component. We need to add a few new infoblocks there. This is done very simply: in the component settings, infoblocks are listed in the drop-down list, you need to select the ones you need using Ctrl and save. I do so, but the changed settings are not saved, although everything was ok before. I believe that there is no write permission in the settings file. Question for those who know Bitrix: where is this file located?

User rights are configured in Settings - Users - User lists.
See yourself in this list, in the Groups tab, specify what rights your account has. If Administrator, you can make any changes on the site without question. If not, then you can hardly change the group of your account. But you will already know for sure.
It will be great if it is the level of user rights that is the reason for the incorrect operation of the block.
