There was a virtual machine with 192.168.15.29, they worked on WordPress, everything was fine. The next day we arrive, the IP has changed to 192.168.15.60, the site is working, but when you try to enter the admin panel 192.168.15.60/wordpress/wp-admin, a redirect occurs to 192.168.15.29. Accordingly, the waiting time has expired. I know that it was necessary to put static, but it was not possible. In which file are these links to the admin panel located? It seems that GREP'om searched the entire directory - nowhere.

siteurl and home
Also clear the browser cache.
