UPD: I'm looking for a resource or lecture that is most complete in each of the above aspects.

If you believe the history, fundamental knowledge was obtained from books, from video courses, you can look for a specialist, but again, this is not for everyone, if you like listening to the boring voice of a teacher, then go ahead :)
But still consider books as an option for gaining knowledge.
