Where is the best place to store statistics?

and I really want to move the statics to a separate server. Possibly a cloud.
I would like to know - where would you place >1 million pictures?

CDN (CloudFlare CDN, MaxCDN for example), amazon s3, etc. When uploading, upload the file to the repository and that's it. Further, everything depends on the type of storage and is described in detail in the documentation for the services.
about eucalyptus, isn't that a load balancer? If you are talking about a cloud services platform, it will cost you more than paying for cdn / amazon, because you will have to pay for system maintenance.

It will be cheaper to take several servers with ssd and normal channels. CDN will be released 50-10 times more expensive. But of course it all depends on the amount of traffic.
