Where is the best place to store data for registered user organizations?

On the site on Bitrix, you need to set up user registration. It is provided that the user can register on the website of the online store as a legal entity or as an individual. When a user registers as a legal entity, he can indicate his organization with detailed data (TIN, KPP, etc.). In this case, the user can specify several organizations and each of them will have their own parameters (TIN, KPP, etc.).
The question is where is it better to store data for organizations, in a separate infoblock?
The second question is if organizations are stored in a separate infoblock, how can they be correctly associated with the user through the UF_ field?
And if several users are associated with one organization, how can I specify this connection in the Bitrix settings?
And the last question, when registering users, what is the best way to create a new organization associated with it in infoblocks? Configure the event handler function for the OnAfterUserRegister event

You can store it in IB, the user has a property binding to an IB element that is multiple.
Yes, hang up on OnAfterUserRegister.
You can also immediately create a buyer type in the same place, so that everything is already entered when placing an order.
