Where is the best place to read about using Photon for Unity?

1. If you have already tried to do this, please throw links to suitable resources. In order to generally understand what it is and what it is eaten with, the main stages, and then read the documentation more specifically.
2. How long will it take to create a simple application if I know unity (3 years of experience), but this is the first time I hear about photon? Well, conditionally, an hour a day is enough for a month? You need a lobby, several servers (rooms) and the ability to synchronize the actions of the players. Let's say that the management of one character has already been worked out.
3. How many connections/rooms are supported?

1. In my opinion, the most optimal study option is just the documentation and official tutorials on the photon website + the same examples for units that are included in the photon kit itself (they have examples of both the lobby and all other highlights).
2. That should be enough - the photon itself is not so complicated (personally, it was much easier for me to get acquainted with it and get used to it at a basic level than with uNet from unity). As the simplest option, you can simply use the ready-made lobby that is in the examples, removing everything unnecessary from it and redoing it to suit your needs.
3. The number of connections depends on the plan - free - 20 active connections. I don't know about rooms.
