Where is the best place to parse exchange rates of the dollar, euro and oil against the ruble?

The rates of the Central Bank, as I understand it, the best option is to take from the CBR website, but I don’t know where to pull off exchange rates

finance.yahoo.com even has the ruble exchange rate online and for free, in Russia there is no ruble exchange rate online for free (such a paradox).
