Where is the best place to go to work?
Good afternoon, a brief introduction to the course of the case. I am a programmer with no experience. Never worked for anyone at all. I'm 25. I was fond of Android programming at the university and for myself, I know programming at the level of June + (I think).
After posting my resume on hh and responding to the vacancies I liked more, I began to wait for answers. Surprisingly, a lot of companies responded, and out of about 10 I was invited to 8 of them (after a successful interview or test).
Among all companies, I consider for myself only two:
1) Bank. They offer to work for a large bank, finish the code, implement features, a large development team. ZP in the region of 25-35. Like modern guys.
2) A company related to energy. They are looking for an Android developer. right now they only have iOS. It was a middle vacancy, salary in the region of 50-60. They promised that there would be more with time. One team leader who is both on the back and in the test and everywhere everywhere. I will unload it in terms of Android. It seemed to me that the company is soviet, but at the same time it is a pleasure to communicate with the team leader, the impressions are purely positive.
The first company is far away (an hour and a half drive). But I am attracted to it by the prospect of working in a team, and because. I am an insecure newbie in development of this level, it seems to me that it is very important if someone has something to ask and something to learn.
The second option suggests that I work on my own, choose the technology stack myself and, in fact, simply rewrite iOS applications for Android.
It takes about 30 minutes to get here and the RFP seems to be quite good.
Actually the question itself is: what is more important at this stage of your career? ZP, possibly no interesting projects and lack of teamwork experience. Or is the team with the lowest salary on the market more important? (provided that I want to build a career in this and only this industry, I dream of working in a large company, and there, of course, only teamwork). With all this, there is a fear that I will not be able to cope with either one or the other work. zero experience.
Please help with advice or write what would you do? The answer must be given on Monday.

At this stage of your career, damn it, IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO THINK WITH YOUR HEAD . Otherwise, it will turn out later that the uncles from the toaster decided everything for you. And before that - mother decided, and then the wife will decide what socks to wear and "mom, am I tired or cold"?
You draw a plate, write down the factors that are important for you personally at the moment, arrange the ratings and make a choice.
Please note that an hour and a half drive to the end is minus three hours a day for transport only.
Keep in mind that teams are different, and in some toxic teams, after the third stupid question, you will be called the honorary title of an idiot who is not able to google and read manuals, but is able to distract colleagues to solve their stupid problem.
Please note that the trial period is both ways, and if you do not like the face of the guard at the entrance, you can always leave.
In short, everything, the freebie is over, welcome to the sick crazy world.
If there is no experience, you need to go to the team - you will gain experience much faster, for a beginner this is important. Then you will leave for better conditions. Or you won’t leave - one of my acquaintances went for an internship at a European bank, now there is almost the tech lead of the entire bank, he moved to Europe.
If you are inexperienced. without experienced colleagues, stewing in your own juice - you will most likely write some kind of garbage and learn little.
But I would look for a replacement for the bank - an hour and a half drive - this is not a vario, IMHO. If you go - talk about the increase in salary in the future. To not work for the next 3 years for 30 thousand rubles.
