Where is the best distance learning for a "web developer"?

Good afternoon!
I would like to consult with knowledgeable people on the subject of where it is best to receive distance learning as a web developer. Full-time education is not suitable, as I work and do not live in the territory of the Russian Federation.
So far, I started on my own from the basics, on sites such as freecodecamp, htmlacademy, Netology and others.
Some of these resources also offer career training that covers most aspects of web development.
But I'm having a hard time deciding where is the best place to do this, so I would like to ask if someone can say something about the following resources / organizations in terms of training for a profession?
