Where is the article with facebook groups webhook?

I just can't find where webhook requests from facebook for communities are described. And why is there no group item on the application page when choosing Permissions?

In the developer panel, in the application, on the left, click on the + sign, opposite the "Products" inscription, and select Webhooks there.
