Where is the App_Code folder physically located?

Question

ASP.NET

There is a project on asp.net in which there is an asmx extension file in which this line is written

<%@ WebService Language="C#" Codebehind="~/App_Code/Import.cs" Class="Import" %>

but in the project folder, there is no App_Code folder, where can it be located physically?
